Can I refund my product?

If the reason is due to a product defect, then send a support email to alienracing116@gmail.com. Otherwise, if due to not liking the product, or wrong sizing, we are unable to offer a refund at this time. We hope to change this in the future. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you are unhappy with the product you received.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are determined based on your specific destination. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping
information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.

My order was lost in transit. What do I do?

Alien Racing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the
address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact alienracing116@gmail.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line. 

How do I choose the right size?

For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.
